We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Bathroom Sales / Designer to join our team. You'll design functional, beautiful bathroom spaces tailored to each customer's needs. Working closely with clients from initial consultation with site visit through to final design, you'll use CAD to produce inspiring layouts and provide expert guidance on products, materials, and finishes.
A key part of the role is confidently upselling complementary products and services to enhance customer experience and help achieve sales targets.
· Meet with customers to understand their bathroom requirements, style preferences, and budget.
· Produce detailed layouts and design concepts using CAD software, maximising space and usability.
· Site visits to discuss and survey the work required.
· Present designs clearly and professionally, updating plans based on customer feedback.
· Advise on materials, finishes, appliances, and accessories to bring designs to life.
· Upsell suitable add-ons and upgrades to improve design outcomes and customer satisfaction.
· Manage and organised project schedules.
· Keep customers informed throughout the process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every stage.
· Liaise with contractors and suppliers to support successful project delivery.
· Keep up to date with design trends, new products, and best practices in the industry.
· Full UK driving licence (required).
· Experience in sales (preferred)
· Proficiency in CAD design (preferred).
· Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
· Excellent communication skills in English.
· Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations.
· Experience in upselling products/services (highly desirable).
· Passion for interior design, especially bathrooms.
· A collaborative, positive approach with the ability to work independently.
