Admin Assistant - Loughborough
We are looking for an organisational expert to take your career to the next level. As an Administrator at Specsavers, you’ll be a key part of our Call Centre team, ensuring all administration and clinic scheduling is handled efficiently, with customers always first.
Main tasks
* Diary management
* Answering calls and emails
* Communicating effectively with customers, clinicians and manufacturers
Hours & Salary
* Between 16 and 24 hours per week – over 2 or 3 days
* Salary: £7.55 – £12.21 per hour, depending on age
What we’re looking for
* Experience working in a fast‑paced administrative environment
* Excellent admin and organisational skills
* Comfortable in a face‑to‑face environment – greeting customers as they come into the store
* Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
* Great team worker
* Positive attitude
* Fantastic communicator
* Ability to adapt
Desirable skills
* Previous experience working in an administrative role or face‑to‑face customer service role
