An award-winning software house requires a number of Business Development Executives to join its growing sales function.
Suitable candidates will have experience in the following:
1. Generating sales leads in target markets, clients, and products.
2. Working closely with teams to ensure all sales activities are coordinated and that appropriate information is shared.
3. Coordinating all aspects of the sales pipeline such as managing, recording, and assigning opportunities.
4. Ensuring and coordinating the follow-up of enquiries in the sales funnel to maximise potential sales opportunities through to order, and processing orders.
5. Creating proposals and quotations in response to client requests.
6. Contributing to weekly sales meetings and owning all necessary reporting.
7. Assisting with bid activities.
8. Supporting the CEO in the presentation of services to clients.
The successful applicant will ideally have NHS or health sector sales experience coupled with the following:
1. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentational skills, both written and oral, to potential sales clients.
2. Excellent MS Office and IT skills.
3. Experience in using a CRM (ideally Monday).
4. Team player with a pragmatic attitude.
5. Self-starter with great determination and motivation to succeed.
6. Good time management, organisational, and planning skills.
