This position focuses on recruiting nurses, doctors, and other clinical staff to support our growing healthcare network.As a TA Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment experience, ensuring we secure the best talent while maintainingpliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions across multiple functions.
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
3. Utilise Workday to manage requisitions, candidate pipelines, and reporting.
4. Drive direct sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for niche and senior roles.
5. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align hiring plans with workforce strategy.
Requirements:
6. Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment withinplex, matrixed organisations.
7. Proven expertise using Workday for recruitment operations.
8. Strong stakeholder management andmunication skills.
9. Available to work 4 days per week onsite in the London office.
