Overview
We’re a well known established casual restaurant in centre of Bridgwater with a big heart, serving up honest, delicious food with a focus on quality ingredients and friendly, exceptional service. Seating for up to 80. We are open Wednesday to Sunday. Kitchen opening hours are Wed-Fri 9.30-2.30pm / 5.30-9pm; Saturday 9-3 / 5.30-9pm; Sunday 10-3pm.
Role
Your Role: You’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring smooth service and consistently high standards. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll create dishes our guests love, help with menu planning, and keep the kitchen organised during busy services. This is a fantastic role for someone who is hands-on, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a team.

* At least 2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
