Account Manager - Building Management Systems
Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are a UK Leading specialist building energy management systems provider.
An established business, reputable with a superb team. Due to their continued development, they are looking for an Account Manager in the North West.
The Role:
Within the Building Management Systems Industry this position will be responsible for existing and developing new business opportunities across the NW.
The role focuses on identifying and converting new sales opportunities, building a strong pipeline and achieving growth targets
Work with existing accounts to identify up-selling and cross selling opportunities and target new customers and sector
Lead the full sales cycle for new business, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.
Requirements:
We are seeking a professional within the Building Management Systems sector
Ideally have a strong understanding of BMS Control systems
Already be managing accounts from within sectors such as M&E Contractors, regional FM Companies, Building services or M&E sector experience specific to Building management systems (BMS)
Already be working with accounts to identify up-selling and cross selling opportunities and target new customers
Identify new routes to markets
Identifying and converting new sales opportunities
Salary & Benefits:
£50,000 - £55,000
