Position As a Project Delivery Engineer, you are responsible for completing revenue generating projects, service desk escalations and support the commercial team with presales opportunities to win new business. This role will also lead and support with internal continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives. You will work closely with service delivery, project management, account management, and technical teams to create a positive experience for our clients. Main Duties Support for 3 rd line tickets for the service desk and escalations from 2 nd line when required Follow the Mintivo standard project delivery process. Complete project tickets as scheduled by the Project Manager Act as the technical lead and owner for projects, working alongside the Project Manager. Coach first line and second line members of the service desk team, to promote understanding and foster cohesion between service and projects Lead and own escalations when needed. Support with presales requests from the commercial team, adhering to set OLA’s. Attend a monthly Lessons Learned and Technical Steering Group sessions, providing feedback on closed projects and insights on new technologies Support and lead internal improvement initiatives as agreed within the Technical Steering Group. Essential Skills & Experience At least 3 years’ experience progressing through a service desk Microsoft Azure (Migration, Deployment and Management of services) Microsoft 365 including Modern Endpoint Management and Security Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, port forwarding and NAT etc.) Comfortable communicating at all levels including Management, Senior Leadership Team and Board/Directors Qualifications Desirable Microsoft Certifications (MS-100/101, AZ-104, MS-500) Who you are Excellent customer service is at the heart of what we do – you are a proven professional who is equipped with the skills and ability to deliver service at the extremely high standard our customers rightfully expect from us. Notes 37.5 hours a week Mon-Fri, due to the nature of the job some occasional work at weekends and outside of normal hours may be required. Travel to customer sites may be required so the ability to travel as and when required is essential. This role requires a DBS and BPSS check as well as you to obtain SC clearance (fully funded).
