This role is based at our fab Head Office at Calder Grove, Wakefield. We’re also super family-friendly and can offer part time or term time arrangements. We are growing FAST – Be a part of our journey So, what’s the role? We’re looking for Data Administrators who will be able to confidently support our People Software Team with data management, bulk data tasks and any other data related roles to support the onboarding process. Some of the main responsibilities of our Data Administrators are: Collecting new customer data and recording it in the CRM Collating and formatting data into bulk import templates (excel formats) in preparation for upload to our software Supporting with customer onboarding; carrying out analysis of their data Analysing data to spot any comment trends or underlying problems/issues Assisting the team by helping to answer our helpdesk phone line, taking appropriate action and using own initiative to assist the clients Supporting the office by assisting with general duties You’ll receive comprehensive training of our products and services so you’ll be fully ‘in the know’ which will help you to be the customer service superstar What makes you the ideal candidate for us?
