Salary: £18,000 - 21,000 per year Requirements: Previous / recent experience in a 1st Line Support, IT Service Desk Analyst, IT Support or IT Helpdesk role Excellent internal Customer Service skills with strong knowledge of call logging & ticket handling Deep Microsoft knowledge - Windows 10 & specifically Active Directory for user set-ups, JML activity & password resets Some additional knowledge across the wider M365 suite, Desktop & Device Management tools, AV Technologies, Remote Desktops and MDM Support (InTune) is highly advantageous Excellent problem-solving & communication skills Responsibilities: Provide first-line support for IT issues and escalate as necessary Manage and resolve customer queries through call logging and ticket handling Assist with user set-ups, password resets, and JML activities in Active Directory Support the use of M365 suite and related technologies Work collaboratively within the Service Desk team to ensure effective support delivery Technologies: Active Directory Support Windows AI More: We are a well-known Public Sector organization based in Glasgow, offering a hybrid working model.
