What you’ll bring Strong experience as a Parish, Town or Community Clerk, with the confidence to step into a role quickly and independently Ideally CiLCA qualified Confidence managing statutory duties, governance, agendas, minutes, finance liaison, and member support Ability to adapt quickly to new councils and build rapport Clear communication, sound judgement, and strong organisational skills We also welcome candidates with significant local government management experience who can demonstrate transferable governance and leadership capability.
