The role
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor into their head office, based in Harrow, North West London.
1. The firm are well-known nationally for their strong expertise in Real Estate. You will join a department of 15 (firm wide) that deal with an excellent quality of work.
2. You'll work with a broad range of clients across a number of industry sectors, which will include; Institutional landlords, HNW individuals, Property developers, Hospitality businesses, warehouses, iconic venues, retail units, office space.
3. Take the lead on interesting transactions that will include; Investment and development work, sales and purchases of commercial premises, landlord and tenant and licenses to assign.
4. You will have the opportunity to get involved with client facing work, acting for some household names.
About You:
5. You'll have 1-4 years PQE in Commercial Property.
6. You're a team player with the ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
7. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a hands-on, dynamic environment, with a long-term vision of growing within an established team.
