What you’ll be doing:
* Leading planned and reactive maintenance across the site
* Managing technicians and mentoring junior staff
* Overseeing budgets, spares, KPIs and CMMS
* Supporting project commissioning and continuous improvement
What we want from you:
* NVQ Level 4 (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering
* 5+ years’ maintenance and proven leadership experience
* Background in biogas, waste or process plant preferred
