An ambitious Manchester primary is seeking a reflective and confident Year 4 Teacher to join KS2 on a Full-Time basis from January 2026. The successful Year 4 Teacher will be involved in collaborative planning prior to January 2026, will attend induction in January 2026, and will teach from January 2026 onwards. Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities • Plan and deliver sequenced mathematics, English and foundation units as the Year 4 Teacher, ensuring progression across the year. • Use assessment to identify gaps and deliver targeted interventions as the Year 4 Teacher. • Lead enrichment projects, coordinate educational visits and contribute to subject development as the Year 4 Teacher. The Year 4 Teacher will prepare resources before January 2026, attend induction in January 2026, and teach from January 2026. Development & culture for the Year 4 Teacher The Year 4 Teacher will benefit from tailored CPD, coaching and opportunities to develop into subject leadership. From the induction in January 2026 the Year 4 Teacher will join a coaching cycle and access peer mentoring.
