Senior Private Client Solicitor Location: Bury A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Bury is seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its fantastic Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career. The Role The Private Client Solicitor will manage a broad and varied private client caseload, including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trusts Lasting Powers of Attorney Inheritance Tax and succession planning The role offers a high degree of autonomy and will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships. There will also be opportunities to support and mentor junior team members and contribute to the ongoing development of the department.
