Norfolk's Adoption and Kinship Support Team are seeking to recruit a part-time Contact Coordinator.
The Contact Coordinator's role is an integral element of our Contact Service; working closely and in collaboration with birth relatives and adoptive families alike. The role focuses on; supporting and overseeing Contact Agreements between birth family and adopters; monitoring, facilitating and reviewing letterbox exchanges; and in some cases coordinating face to face contacts.
The Coordinator will often be the first point of contact for the Team, thus managing letterbox enquiries by phone, email, letter and in person will be a key element of the role, as will record keeping and data management.
Due to the nature of this work, this role is 100% office based at County Hall.
