The Role: This role would own the end-to-end management of all our performance projects, from research and design to the delivery of initiatives. The role will work collaboratively with specialisms across HR and in lockstep with the business, incorporating cutting-edge best practices and insights to achieve sustainable change. This may involve managing multiple stakeholders across Business, as well as potential external suppliers.What You'll Be Doing
1. Shape and execute Business performance strategy, covering processes, goal setting, and manager development to align with cultural and leadership expectations.
2. Lead end-to-end performance projects, particularly focusing on sales capability and frontline populations, involving key stakeholders to define problem statements and deliver outcomes.
3. Manage global non-UK relationships for consultation on Performance changes.
4. Collaborate with ER and HRBPs to drive local change delivery.
