Kingston upon Thames | Full Time | Office Based | 37.5 Hours Per Week
We’re recruiting for a highly organised Project Manager to deliver nationwide counter fit-outs, brand launches and in-store activations for leading luxury beauty and fragrance brands.
Working across flagship environments including Harrods, Selfridges, Boots and Superdrug, you’ll coordinate projects from brief through to installation — managing retailers, contractors, suppliers and brand partners to ensure seamless delivery.
This is not a store-based Visual Merchandising role. It’s a Head Office project management position focused on retail environments, activations and branded fit-outs across the UK and Ireland.
Suitable for experienced Project Managers or highly capable Project Coordinators ready to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing multiple retail fit-out and activation projects simultaneously
* Coordinating contractors, suppliers and installation teams
* Liaising with retailers and luxury brand clients on approvals and timelines
* Managing budgets, purchase orders and project schedules
* Tracking installations and ensuring deadlines are met
* Organising POS materials, collateral and logistics
* Maintaining accurate project and supplier documentation
What We’re Looking For
* Previous project management or project coordination experience in the beauty sector
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Able to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and administration skills
* Confident working with contractors, suppliers and clients
* Retail, fit-out, merchandising or branded environment experience would be advantageous
