Why Join This Independent Practice?
A true independent ethos: This is a 100% independent, locally owned practice - no corporate pressures, no restrictive protocols. Clinical standards and patient care come first, and vets are empowered to work up cases thoroughly with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
Highly skilled and supportive team: You'll be joining a 14-vet team that includes certificate holders across multiple disciplines including Small Animal Surgery, Cardiology, Emergency Medicine, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Dentistry. You'll also work alongside an exceptional nursing and support team in a genuinely friendly and welcoming environment.
Outstanding facilities: Across the group, facilities include a CT scanner, full in-house lab, dental suite, dedicated theatres, and species-specific wards. The surgeries are modern, spacious and purpose-designed - the flagship branch even has separate cat and dog waiting areas, kennels, and cattery for a truly stress-free environment.
Award-winning practice: Voted Best Independent Small Animal Veterinary Group in the GHP Awards, the practice is also RCVS-accredited and proud of its clinical standards. Several sites have achieved Tier 2 status under the RCVS Practice Standards Scheme.
Career development built around you: Whether you're looking to specialise, take on more responsibility, or just continue growing your skills, CPD is strongly encouraged and funded. The practice supports certificate enrolment and has previously funded international CPD including conferences in Florida, Luxembourg, Barcelona, and across the UK.
Potential for ownership: For those with long-term ambition, this practice also offers the rare chance to explore future business ownership as part of their succession planning. A fantastic opportunity for a vet with vision.
