Duties to include and supervise execution of:
Work with senior team to execute business demands from an operational hygiene perspective
Maintaining high standards of personal and work place cleanliness and hygiene
Ensure cleaning of kitchen areas, staff/guest areas and equipment on weekly and daily basis to high standard
Ensure all rubbish/recyclables is disposed in correct areas throughout the day
Accept deliveries, check delivery notes and store away FIFO
Assist with basic food preparation/packing during during peak/off peak times
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Maintain a professional image at all times within the workplace
Comply with food safety, fire, and health and safety regulations
Carry out other duties deemed suitable by the head patisserie or senior team.
Experience:
Desirable 1 years in a commercial cleaning/food environment
Understanding of coshh, although training provided
Full time and Part time Hours: from 20-45 hours a week.
Hours may vary subject to business demands and total flexibility is required.
Monday - Friday: Shifts operate between 7.00am-10pm (may include weekends/bank holidays based on business demands).
Due to location `applicants must have own transport.

Pay: £8.50-£12.50 per hour
