Lead Site Reliability Engineer

As Lead Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run efficiently, reliably, and sustainably. You’ll lead data-driven reliability programs, reduce downtime, and optimise asset performance—helping to shape the future of our site infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and maintain scalable, reliable processes to improve equipment and utility performance.
* Implement monitoring and incident response systems to ensure optimal uptime.
* Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects using techniques like 5 Whys and Fishbone diagrams.
* Design and deliver maintenance training to production and maintenance teams.
* Create and manage preventive maintenance programs to maximise equipment reliability.
* Use data analysis to monitor trends and proactively address performance issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including HSE, QA, and Production—to deliver smooth system integration.
* Supervise contractors on complex engineering projects and ensure alignment with reliability goals.
* Automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and consistency.
* Support quality investigations, deviations, and CAPA follow-up for equipment-related issues.
* Ensure critical maintenance parts are available to sustain business continuity.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in a senior maintenance or engineering role—ideally within a GMP, pharmaceutical, or containment environment.
* Strong technical foundation in maintenance best practices, preventive and predictive maintenance.
* Cross-functional mechanical and electrical skillset preferred.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system optimisation.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-departmental teamwork.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
* Formal education in an engineering-related field.
