Responsibilities
* Deliver high standards of operational performance across elective and emergency pathways.
* Support service transformation and innovation to meet national standards and local priorities.
* Manage resources effectively, ensuring services are delivered within budget and workforce plans.
* Drive continuous improvement, patient experience and staff engagement.
* Day‑to‑day line management of administration and clerical functions within the Directorate.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven operational management experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
