A leading engineering organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to take ownership of the HR function at its Cookstown site.
Your New Role
As Senior HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive HR support across all day‑to‑day operational matters while also contributing to wider HR projects that add long‑term value. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand operational needs, improve efficiencies and champion a positive, inclusive culture. This is a stand‑alone, hands‑on generalist role supporting approximately 90 employees and acting as a trusted partner to managers, supervisors and team members. You will build strong relationships with managers and supervisors to deliver effective end‑to‑end HR processes. Provide coaching and guidance to managers, supervisors and team members. Support performance management, including goal setting, capability assessment and calibration. Partner with stakeholders to deliver people‑focused initiatives and drive engagement.
