Role: Facilities and Maintenance Caretaker

Location: Mirfield (with some travel)

Salary: £26,000

Hours: Full time, 37hrs

We focus on ability not disability and celebrate our differences. The Facilities team are expanding and now looking for a Facilities and Maintenance Caretaker to join the team! The post holder will provide an efficient and effective maintenance support service to all areas of the Trust, ensuring that all buildings and grounds are kept in a good and safe state to convey a positive image of Hollybank Trust and to provide a safe and pleasant environment for the staff, children, young people and adults we support.

Hollybank Trust is committed to Safeguarding vulnerable people, and our Safer Recruitment process requires all employees to have an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks in line with our Recruitment & Selection policy.



We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
