Senior Social Worker – Children’s First Contact

About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Children’s First Contact team. You’ll bring:
* A recognised social work degree
* CPEL equivalent
* At least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience
* Registration with Social Care Wales
In this role, you’ll take on complex casework, lead on risk assessment and management, and provide high‑quality supervision to newly qualified social workers, students, and social work assistants. Your expertise will help shape practice across the team and ensure children receive timely, effective support.
