Sports Coach / Teaching Assistant (Sports Coach/TA) Northamptonshire

Salary: £100 - £130 per day

Whether you have experience in mainstream or SEN settings-or are just starting your journey in education - your skills are highly transferable. From teamwork and leadership to patience and resilience, sports coaching builds the foundation for a successful role in the classroom.

What you'll bring:

A proactive, hands-on approach to learning and support

The ability to engage students through physical activity and structured routines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with children or young people in a school, sports, or youth setting

A calm, supportive presence and the confidence to manage behaviour positively

You'll be supporting teachers in delivering a wide range of activities, including physical education, classroom learning, and tailored support for students with additional needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, building relationships, and making a positive difference every day.
