Job Description
This leading London law firm, and a real force to be reckoned with in its real estate offering, is now seeking a Partner to bolster the Development team.
Their clients include large institutional investors, property developers & companies, construction companies, multi-nationals, banks, high net worth individuals and family offices, sole property traders and occupiers.
The focus of the role will be two fold; growth of the team and workload and to plan for the future in terms of eventual succession.
Most of the firm’s Strategic Land work is for Landowners/Farmers and Promoters/Developers/ Intermediaries.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with extensive experience working within an accomplished city based Real Estate firm and will have fostered good relationships with clients over a very long period of time and will be a trusted advisor to them.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but established Strategic Land team.
