This Derbyshire County Council unit is focused on short-term re-enablement of people who have spent a period of time in hospital and/or require a short-term stay in the rehab unit to regain independence (physically and emotionally). As a Senior Care Worker with us, you won't just be providing care; you'll be a beacon of support and guidance, helping our care staff shine their brightest. Your role will involve: ???????? Leading and mentoring our fantastic care staff within the reablement unit. ?? Allocating daily tasks within the care team. ?? Administering medication with precision. ????????
