Responsibilities
* Continue with the positive safety and CI culture embedded into our site.
* Integrate training responsibilities with regular warehouse duties.
* Proactively undertake training analysis seeking improvements in process and methods of operating.
* Ensure all working procedures maintain legal compliance and are clearly defined and cascaded, with regular reviews to ensure effectiveness.
* Ensure all necessary resources are available for training to take place.
* Give feedback on any identified problems in the training content and/or process.
* Review and adjust training methods as appropriate.
* Effectively communicate to all stakeholders surrounding training requirements.
* Undertake direct training of colleagues.
* Flexible working patterns will be required.
Person Profile / Qualifications
* Good news our continued success and business growth has opened an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate and creative Warehouse MHE to join our successful contract. Will have excellent team building and motivational skills.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage own time.
* Very good written and verbal communication skills and well‑developed presentation skills.
* Confident and competent in the use of Microsoft office applications (e.g., Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
