Job Description
What you’ll do
We support a young lady in her thirties with cerebral palsy who requires a multitude of clinical interventions. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable individual with strong emotional resilience to join our established team.
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will provide person‑centred care, including personal care, food preparation, social engagement, emotional support, and assistance to our registered general nurses with the clinical tasks involved.
This position offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while working within a supportive and experienced team environment, where flexibility, reliability and consistency are key.
In terms of social engagement she enjoys spending time with her pet cat, arts and crafts, and frequent day trips to the local parks.
Qualifications
What you’ll need
Experience in complex care, particularly with tracheostomies, PEG feeding and catheter care, would be desirable. Previous care experience is essential. This includes:
* Knowledge of Cerebral Palsy
* Moving & Handling Equipment
