As a Print Finishing Manager, you will take full responsibility for the finishing department, ensuring efficient production, high-quality output, and effective team management. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, optimise workflows, and drive continuous improvements. Print Finishing Manager Job Role: Team Leadership & Supervision – Manage, train, and motivate a team of print finishers, ensuring optimal performance and high standards of work. Production Planning – Oversee job scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency. Quality Control – Implement quality assurance processes to ensure all finished products meet the company’s high standards. Equipment & Process Management – Oversee the operation and maintenance of finishing equipment, including guillotines, stitching, binding, and folding machines. Health & Safety Compliance – Ensure a safe working environment, enforcing best practices and compliance with industry regulations. Continuous Improvement – Identify areas for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains while maintaining high-quality output. Collaboration – Work closely with production managers, designers, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
