We're seeking an experienced Strategic Promotions Partnerships Executive to spearhead our partnerships marketing efforts, fostering lasting relationships and driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives. The growth will come via collaborative partnerships with brands TLE are aligned with. This will broaden our reach, increase brand awareness and drive ticket sales volume through marketing partnerships.
Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with key partner brands that are a good fit for The Lost Estate and appeal to our customers
Analyse partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments
Serve as a liaison between our company and partner brand marketing teams
Bring extensive experience in marketing, particularly in trade marketing or similar fields
Are an exceptional communicator with a talent for building rapport and trust
Can think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation
Are skilled in data analysis and able to develop actionable insights
Are comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving them forward
Have 3-5+ years in partnership management, affiliate marketing or similar roles.
A strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive quick effective resolutions.
Proactive, resourceful and decisive individual with experience managing multiple stakeholder projects concurrently.
