In this flexible bank role (up to 40 hours per week), you'll provide vital support across a range of services. This could include assisting customers face to face or over the phone, handling day-to-day enquiries, processing transactions, or supporting colleagues with general office tasks. No two days will be the same, and your flexibility and positive, can-do attitude will make all the difference. Whether you're working independently or alongside our fantastic team, you'll play an important part in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring standards remain high, and following all regulatory and compliance requirements. You'll be pivotal in providing reliable cover when needed, gaining experience in different locations and situations, and learning along the way. We're counting on you to help us maintain a trusted and dependable service for our customers. Due to the nature of the role, a basic DBS check will be required. As travel across the West of England may be involved, it's essential you have a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business car insurance. What we're looking for: Cleaning experience in both commercial and household settings A solid understanding of health and safety, including COSHH requirements. Basic IT skills and familiarity with mobile devices (we provide training) Experience in a customer-facing environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
