We are seeking an excellent classroom teacher and leader with a strong track record of success and a proven ability to enable others to improve. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to lead students, parents and staff, fostering a strong culture of safeguarding and inclusion. You will join an experienced senior leadership team and work closely with our Pastoral Deputy Headteacher.
Responsibilities
* Lead students, parents and staff to maintain a strong culture of safeguarding and inclusion.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to promote high performance and collaborative development.
* Work across the academy trust to support school objectives and initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong track record of success as a classroom teacher.
* Experience in enabling and developing others.
* Leadership experience within an educational setting.
