Responsibilities
* Manage design consultants, sub-consultants, and design subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all design-related information for construction.
* Support and mentor Design Coordinators on assigned projects.
* Ensure compatibility between Employer's Requirements and Contractor's Proposals.
* Oversee design activities during the construction phase.
* Chair and minute design meetings, ensuring information production aligns with programme needs.
Experience
* Strong understanding of various client procurement routes.
* Experience at pre-construction stage.
* Solid grasp of design and build (D&B) contracts.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of cost drivers.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects) desirable.
Qualifications
* Degree in a construction-related discipline.
* Minimum six years' experience within the construction industry.
