Our portfolio is expanding fast - and we’re now looking for a Co-Founder (Commercial Lead) who can drive sales, marketing, and growth while our AI Product Lead focuses on building and improving our next generation of AI agents and SaaS solutions.

We’re scaling these solutions across multiple industries - and we’re now ready to accelerate growth, partnerships, and revenue with the right commercial leader on board.
💥 The Opportunity
This is a Co-Founder position, not a typical job.
You’ll be joining a studio with a strong technical foundation, proven products, and growing client demand.
Your focus: sales, partnerships, marketing, and revenue growth.
You’ll:
* Lead all sales and go-to-market activities across Biz Boosters’ AI products.
* Build and manage our sales pipeline, partnerships, and brand presence.
* Convert inbound leads into paying customers through compelling demos and proposals.
* Develop and execute growth strategies for B2B SaaS and enterprise adoption.
* Work hand-in-hand with the AI Product Lead — freeing them to focus on building world-class technology while you drive commercial success.
🧩 Who You Are
You’re a growth-driven operator who knows how to turn innovation into revenue.
Essential skills:
* Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech.
* Strong understanding of product-market fit, funnels, and customer journeys.
* Comfortable pitching AI solutions and closing deals with SMEs and enterprise clients.
* Strategic thinker who can spot opportunities, partnerships, and scalable business models.
* Excellent communicator — you can translate complex tech into clear business value.
Nice to have:
* Experience selling AI tools, automation platforms, or accessibility tech.
* Understanding of UK startup and SME markets.
* Familiarity with grant funding, accelerator programs, or investor relations.
⚙️ The Deal
* Role: Co-Founder (Commercial Lead)
* Commitment: Flexible/part-time at start, with founder-level responsibilities.
* Compensation: Equity + performance-based share in profits/revenue growth.
* Location: Bristol preferred | Hybrid or Remote possible.
