Quality Inspector – Automotive Manufacturing
Location: Hinckley (M6)
Pay: £12.90 per hour
A leading manufacturing company is looking for a Quality Inspector to join their production team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role
* Inspect and measure components, assemblies, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Carry out checks throughout the manufacturing process
* Record and report findings, highlighting any deviations or defects
* Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience in a quality inspection or manufacturing quality role
* Knowledge of measuring tools and inspection techniques
* Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
* Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications (preferred)
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
