Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team at Physiowork. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales. Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM software is essential to effectively manage client interactions and track progress.
Duties
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and deliverables.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at various levels.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or other CRM software.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards targets.
* Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company's services.
* Manage Social Media posts and marketing.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a Medical industry.
* Strong understanding of IT and computers to manage client relationships effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being comfortable working independently.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
