Job Summary YMCA Wirral are recruiting a Complex Needs Practitioner to support individuals experiencing rough sleeping across the Wirral. You will work as part of a small and dedicated team of outreach workers seeking out and supporting those in our community experiencing homelessness. Provide outreach support, working flexibly across community locations with a central hub based at their head office in Birkenhead. Closing date 02/01/2026hours Term: Full-Time.
