Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Technician to join the finance team on a full-time, on-site basis in Omagh. The successful candidate will support day-to-day financial operations across a range of construction and property-related projects, ensuring accurate financial processing, record keeping, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and customer billing accurately and efficiently Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting systems Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies Support the preparation of basic financial reports for management review Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries Ensure all financial documentation is correctly recorded and filed Maintain both digital and physical financial records in line with company procedures Support the finance team with general administrative and ad hoc duties Skills & Experience Required Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills with the ability to maintain accurate records Good understanding of basic finance principles, including reconciliations and reporting Experience with invoicing, billing, and resolving payment discrepancies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively on-site in a busy office environment Desirable Relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline Previous experience within construction, property, or project-based environments Familiarity with multi-sector or multi-entity businesses For more information contact Katie at Haughey Recruitment :
