Your Mission… Providing a seamless customer service experience is the ultimate goal, immersing all our customers into a memorable experience within your store. You will develop personal connections with customers to build trust and loyalty with the brand whilst being able to understand their needs to provide tailored recommendations and education to them. About You… You are passionate about delivering exceptional service, even if you don't have experience within the beauty industry, we will give you the tools needed to be the beauty expert. Keeping up to date with the latest cosmetic and skincare trends is a part of your daily routine, you ooze passion for all things beauty. Self-driven and motivated, you will always be driven to achieve your individual sales target. Being able to build relationships comes natural to you, whether that be with customers, team members, BA's from other retailers and store management. Training and Development… Your induction will consist of regular training session with your Education Mentor or Area Manager, they will provide you with all the support you need to succeed within the role. You will have regular team trainings on new product launches and application techniques, allowing you to practise using the products so you can assist our customers with the best education techniques.
