This job is for someone who wants to get stuck in. Tools in hand. Boots on the floor. Fixing, improving, upgrading — not just filling in logbooks and pretending a temporary fix is “long-term robust.” You’ll be part of a small, busy team responsible for keeping production running smoothly. No dragging your feet waiting for someone else to fix it — you are the someone else. The work is proper: fault diagnosis, electrical maintenance, some light PLC involvement, plus assisting with project upgrades and keeping the site in decent shape. There’s variety — think of it as electrical-biased multi-skilling, not pigeonholed panel-twiddling.
