Head of Customer Success

We're working with a fast-growing tech company in Belfast that delivers cutting-edge training and development solutions to some of the biggest names in banking. With around 45 people in the business, they're scaling quickly and need a commercially-minded Head of Customer Success to lead and shape their customer journey.

This is a newly created role where you'll have the chance to build structure, define processes, and turn a capable team into a high-performing customer success function. If you've worked in consultancy or financial services and understand the value of land-and-expand, this one's for you.


What you'll be doing

Head of Customer Success

Belfast (Hybrid) | £80,000 - £100,000 + benefits

We're working with a fast-growing tech company in Belfast that delivers cutting-edge training and development solutions to some of the biggest names in banking. With around 45 people in the business, they're scaling quickly and need a commercially-minded Head of Customer Success to lead and shape their customer journey.

This is a newly created role where you'll have the chance to build structure, define processes, and turn a capable team into a high-performing customer success function. If you've worked in consultancy or financial services and understand the value of land-and-expand, this one's for you.


What you'll be doing

* Leading the Customer Success team (currently 6 people) and building a clear strategy for customer engagement, growth, and retention

* Owning the post-sales journey across onboarding, adoption, and expansion

* Working closely with delivery and digital teams to ensure training solutions are impactful and scalable

* Designing customer success plans for clients in banking, focusing on AI, Data, Cyber, and leadership development

* Getting hands-on with enterprise customers - understanding their pain points, shaping solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth

* Defining internal processes across customer handovers, delivery, and feedback loops

* Playing a key role in the commercial maturity of the business - building the foundations for future revenue KPIs


What we're looking for

* Experience in a senior customer success, client delivery, or L&D solutions role

* Background in financial services, consultancy, or tech-led training environments

* Strong stakeholder management skills - ideally worked with enterprise clients (e.g. Heads of AI/Data/L&D)

* A process builder - someone who can bring clarity and structure to fast-moving teams

* Commercial awareness - not aggressive sales, but you know how to identify value and grow accounts

* Someone comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on ways
