Job Description
Support people with learning disabilities as valued citizens in a community environment, encouraging the development of personal, social, domestic, and vocational skills. Assist with promoting, delivering, and integrating the objectives outlined in the Health & Social Care Partnership Plan and the Community Plan.
Requirements
The role involves Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants must become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member or have an existing PVG Scheme Record Update before an employment offer is made. PVG records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

Additional Information
This part-time, permanent position is based at Ross Court Resource Centre, Galston, working 21 hours per week on a shift pattern.
Salary: £18,105 - £19,372 annually, plus 12.5% shift allowance for working early, late, and weekend shifts.
The workstyle is fixed, with 80-100% of time spent at a single office or work location. Employees are expected to work towards the higher end of their workstyle in office or other work locations.
