the business is seeking an office:based Commercial Interior Architect to join its friendly,
collaborative, and expanding team.
This role offers the opportunity to become a key contributor within an established, fast:
paced business, playing an important part in its ongoing growth and success.
Salary and Working Hours
xF0B7; GBP45,000 : GBP50,000 (dependent on experience)
xF0B7; Full:time : 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
xF0B7; Lead interior architectural design projects for commercial and office environments
xF0B7; Manage all technical design stages from concept through to completion
xF0B7; Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
xF0B7; Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to maintain design accuracy and quality
xF0B7; Manage project timelines, budgets, and site visits
xF0B7; Attend site surveys and client briefings
xF0B7; Represent the company at networking and industry events
xF0B7; Manage workload independently across multiple live projects
xF0B7; Engage with new enquiries and discuss client requirements
xF0B7; Maintain accurate and up:to:date project information within the CRM system
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
xF0B7; Minimum 3 years experience in commercial interior design
xF0B7; Degree:level qualification in Interior Architecture
xF0B7; Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D design software packages
xF0B7; Good working knowledge of Building Regulations and construction detailing
xF0B7; Exceptional eye for detail, materials, and finishes
xF0B7; Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously
