Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
* Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
* Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Early Years (or equivalent).
* Paediatric First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
* Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting.
* A caring, dependable, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Additional Information
* Location: Newcastle
* Position: Nursery Practitioner
* Hours: Full-time – typically 3 days 8:00-6:00 and 1 day either 8:00-5:30 or 8:30-6:00.
* Start Date: ASAP
* Pay: £520-600 per week, inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
* This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
