Due to expansion we are now seeking to complement our existing staff team with experienced Seniors Care Assistants who will perform as Assistant Managers joining our existing team of six.

About the Role
Under the guidance of the management team you will lead a dedicated team of Care Assistants and Medication Techniciation s, you will assist the manager with dedicated tasks assist the team with personal care and provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities. You will be able to work a flexible rota.
About you: Caring and compassionate, cheerful, with good reading and writing skills along with the ability to lead and delegate tasks throughout the shift. NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required for this role or working towards
