TEMPORARY MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST, Moston Based.
Immediate Start, 4–6-week duration.
£12.71 per hour + Holiday Pay, weekly pay.
Full Time, Monday to Friday. Working Shifts Avaliable: 10-6.30pm OR 8-4.30pm.
Responsibilities
1. Welcoming patients and providing calm, supportive assistance
2. Managing incoming calls, appointment bookings, and general enquiries
3. Processing repeat prescriptions and handling patient correspondence
4. Maintaining accurate patient records using clinical systems
5. Upholding confidentiality and safeguarding standards at all times
Desirables
6. Previous experience in a medical/ healthcare environment
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills
8. Confidence using computers, knowledge of EMIS will prove a strong advantage
9. A positive, proactive attitude
10. The ability to stay calm under pressure
