Working Hours: Mon – Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: £31,000 - £34,000 Per Annum

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Cleaning Supervisor at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
1. Care passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
2. Be an expert in customer service, using this to engage, communicate, and inspire others.
3. Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety processes within a residential development.
4. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, carrying out regular inspections and cleaning, and reporting any defects or health and safety concerns.
5. Value your team, support them, work collaboratively, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
