Legal Counsel – London

Key Responsibilities
* Advise deal teams on fundraisings, secondaries, and capital advisory assignments.
* Draft and negotiate legal documentation including NDAs, engagement terms, and compliance-related materials.
* Support the creation of international marketing strategies and liaise with external counsel as needed.
* Partner with compliance colleagues on audits, investor classifications, and regulatory checks.
* Maintain and update internal knowledge systems, templates, and best practice guides.
* Contribute to business development by building relationships with private practice lawyers.
* Provide general support on supplier agreements and other commercial contracts.
Experience Required
* Qualified lawyer with around 2–6 years’ experience in private funds or related transactional work.
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Able to build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
* Highly motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* A collaborative and adaptable team player with a proactive mindset.
