The role : Teaching Assistant
* Full:time Teaching Assistant post within Early Years.
* Supporting the class teacher with daily learning activities.
* Working one:to:one and with small groups of pupils.
* Helping children to develop confidence and independence.
Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role
* At least 6 months recent experience as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS.
* Knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
* Ability to support children with SEN and EAL.
* Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about early education.
